Your reservation will become firm and definitive as soon as we receive your bank card details or you pay a deposit of 30%. For the nights of Saturday of May and September & Week end holidays, you have to book 2 nights minimum.
CANCELLATION :
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following fees will be due :
-Less than 72 hours before the date of arrival, the amount of the first night.
-Less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the amount of the first night and 15% of the total amount of your stay.
-Less than 24 hours before the date of arrival, the amount of the first night and 30% of the total amount of your stay.
NO SHOW : 100% of the total amount of your stay
